Recipe Name: Rave Ganji / Semolina Porridge

Recipe Main Ingredient: Rave, Milk, Sugar.
Recipe Brief Description : A very good liquid diet advised by elders at home after child birth. You can also drink it when you are down with fever.
Rave/Rava/Semolina : 2 tbsp
Milk – 1 cup (if not milk can add water)
Sugar – 3-4 tbsp
Cardamom powder a pinch
Ghee – ½ tbsp
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Take a pan add rave / rava and roast it, till it turns into light brown.
Now take a vessel add milk to boil, once the milk is boiled add rava. Let the rava cook in the milk for a minute, then add sugar and mix well.
At last sprinkle the cardamom powder and ghee. Keep it aside.
A healthy rava ganji / porridge is ready. Serve the porridge when it is warm.
