Recipe Ingredients

  • Red chili – 300 gms.(Byadgi)
  • Red chili - 300 gms.(Guntur)
  • Red chili - 200 gms.(mannu katidha chili).
  • Cumin seeds - 100 gms.
  • Pepper corns - 100 gms.
  • Fenugreek seeds - 100 gms.
  • Mustard seeds - 75 gms.
  • Dhaniya/corriander seeds - 500 gms.
  • Asafoetida or Hing - 25 gms.
  • Poppy seeds - 100gms.
  • Curry leaves - 4 bunch.
  • Bengal gram - 100 gms.
  • Black gram - 100 gms.
  • Green gram - 100 gms.
  • Red gram - 200 gms.
  • Rice - 200gms.
  • Turmeric - 100 gms.
    Cooking Time: 30 minutes

    Preparation Method:
  • Fry all the ingredients one by one nicely and put in one big box in a paper.
  • Keep all the red chilies in hot sun so that it will easier to fry.
  • While frying red chilies put dhaniya seeds with it to avoid more suffocation.
  • Later you need to mix it all the ingredients well and put it for machine or mixer grinder.
