Recipe Brief Description : A healthy homemade sapota milkshake. Which include iron, protein, calcium, and vitamin. Chikoo / Sapota Milkshake is sure to be enjoyed by kids as well as adults.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Sapota / Chickoo – 2-3 nos.
  • Milk – 1 glass
  • Sugar – 2-3 tbsp.
    Cooking Time: 5-6 minutes

    Preparation Method:
  • Peel the sapota / chickoo and take out the seeds, and cut into pieces.
  • Take a mixer jar add the sapota / chickoo pieces, milk, sugar and whip it for 1 minute.
  • Now pour the juice/milkshake into a glass.
    Serve with ice-cubes (if required).
