Recipe Name: Simple veg soup
Recipe Main Ingredient:Carrot,Baby corn,Beans
Recipe Brief Description : A simple veg soup for kids specially, very healthy to increase their immunity.
Baby corn - 3 to 4.(chopped round and sliced thinly)
Carrot - 1.(chopped long sliced thin)
Garlic - 4 pods chopped finely.
Beans - 5.(chopped very finely)
Corriander leaves - 1/4 cup chopped.
Mushroom - 1 cup.(optional)
Corn flour - 6 tbsp.
Salt and pepper for taste.
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
First in a bowl pour 4 glasses of water and put all the chopped vegetables to boil.
When it is boiling, mix corn flour powder in a seperate cup with water and stir it without getting lumps.
Put that corn flour paste in a boiling water and keep stirring.
Now at last put garlic pods, salt and pepper.
Keep it for 5 minutes check the veggies are cooked and u can turn off the flame.
Garnish it with corriander leaves and enjoy your soup.
