Recipe Brief Description: There are so many people who do not know about Soya corn chops. This is very delicious and healthy recipe.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Soya granules - 1 cup
  • Potato - 1 cup (boiled and mashed)
  • Corn kernels - 1/2 cup
  • Bread crumbs - 1 cub
  • Green chilies - 2 number (finely chopped)
  • Cumin seeds powder - 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Salt to taste

    Cooking Time: 30 minutes

    Preparation Method:
  • Soak the soya granules in hot salted water for 15 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl place mashed potatoes and the rest of the ingredients except the oil.
  • Drain out the soya granules from the water and squeeze out all the excess water.
  • Add to the potato mixture and mix with your finger so that all the ingredients are mixed well together. The soaked soya granules should be nicely mashed into the potato mixture.
  • Now, Divide into portion and shape each portion into tikkies.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry till golden brown and serve hot with ketchup or salad.
