Recipe Main Ingredient: Rice, Brinjal
Recipe Brief Description : Very tasty recipe, and easy to cook for the starters.
Cooked rice – 2 cups
Brinjal – 2 nos. (Chopped)
Vangibhath powder – 2 tbsp.
Chana dal – 1tbsp.
Urad dal – 1tbsp.
Groundnuts – 1 tbsp
Lime juice – 2 tbsp
Coriander leaf (chopped)
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Heat a pan/kadai for seasoning with oil, mustard, curry leaf, groundnuts, chana dal, urad dal fry well till golden brown and add vangibhath powder.
To the above fry add cooked rice, coconut and lime juice mix it well.
Finally, garnish with coriander leaf.
Very tasty Vangibhath is ready to eat.
