Recipe Brief Description : Homemade powder can store for 2 months and cook when required.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Dry red chillies – 5 nos.
  • Coriander seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Split black gram – 1 tbsp
  • Bengal gram – 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek seeds – ¼ tbsp
  • Sesame seeds – 3 tbsp
  • Black peppercorns – ¼ tbsp
  • Desiccated coconut / copra – 1 no.
  • Cinnamon stick – 1 no. 1 inch
  • Cloves – 2-3 nos.
  • Cardamon – 1no.

    Cooking Time: 10-15 minutes

    Preparation Method:
  • Dry roast each ingredient separately and grind to fine powder.
  • Let the powder be cool completely and store in an air-tight container for up to 2 months.
