Recipe Name: Vath Shavige
Recipe Main Ingredient: Rice flour
Recipe Brief Description : It’s a traditional recipe of Karnataka made with rice flour dough, pour into the mold and make long vermicelli (Shavige).
Rice flour – 2 cup
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Water – 3 cup
Salt to taste
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Heat deep pan add water, salt, ghee and 2 tbsp rice flour allow boiling.
Now add rice flour with out stirring cook for 20 mins and mix well with out lumps.
Now, make a medium size ball and pour into the vermicelli mold and press the mold.
Now, Rice flour vermicelli is ready to serve. This you can serve with chutney, coconut milk or any non-vegetarian sambar.
