Vegetable Fried Rice

Recipe Brief Description : Indian cuisine fried rice. The vegetable fried rice prepared with simple ingredients capsicum, boiled rice, beans and brinjal.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Green chillies – 3-4 numbers (finely chopped)
  • Capsicum – 1/2 cup (sliced thin)
  • Boiled Rice – 1 cup
  • Onions - 3 numbers (chopped)
  • Garlic – 2 cloves (crushed)
  • Ginger – 1 tbsp (grated)
  • Green Peas – 1/2 cup (boiled)
  • Tomato - 1 number (chopped)
  • Brinjal - 2-3 numbers (diced)
  • Beans sprouts – 1/2 cup
  • Baby corn - 6 numbers (sliced thin)
  • Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp(chopped)

    Cooking Time: 25 minutes

    Preparation Method:
  • Heat oil in pan over high heat. Then add garlic-ginger paste, onion and chilli. Stir, it, add capsicum and baby corn and stir again.
  • Then, add green peas, tomato, baby corncobs, and beans. Stir it for 2-3mins.
  • Add boiled rice, and lift and stir it with 2 spoons. Stir and add soy sauce and tomato ketchup and garnish with coriander leaves.
