Recipe Brief Description : Indian cuisine fried rice. The vegetable fried rice prepared with simple ingredients capsicum, boiled rice, beans and brinjal.
Green chillies – 3-4 numbers (finely chopped)
Capsicum – 1/2 cup (sliced thin)
Boiled Rice – 1 cup
Onions - 3 numbers (chopped)
Garlic – 2 cloves (crushed)
Ginger – 1 tbsp (grated)
Green Peas – 1/2 cup (boiled)
Tomato - 1 number (chopped)
Brinjal - 2-3 numbers (diced)
Beans sprouts – 1/2 cup
Baby corn - 6 numbers (sliced thin)
Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp
Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp(chopped)
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Heat oil in pan over high heat. Then add garlic-ginger paste, onion and chilli. Stir, it, add capsicum and baby corn and stir again.
Then, add green peas, tomato, baby corncobs, and beans. Stir it for 2-3mins.
Add boiled rice, and lift and stir it with 2 spoons. Stir and add soy sauce and tomato ketchup and garnish with coriander leaves.
